Terms and Conditions – Oxygenéa

1. General

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oxygenéa. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to both the purchase of products and the booking of massage appointments at our studio in Lasne. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

2. Booking a Massage Appointment

  • Booking: You can book a massage appointment directly on our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.

  • Modification & Cancellation: If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

  • No-show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not cancelled in advance, the full price of the session may be charged.

  • Payment: Payment can be made online at the time of booking or at the studio, according to the options offered on our website.

3. Sale of Products

  • Order Processing: Each product is carefully prepared upon order to support our commitment to sustainability. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • Shipping Methods: In accordance with Belgian law, we offer at least two delivery options for your convenience, such as home delivery and collection point delivery. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes up to 7 days after dispatch. During busy periods, or due to factors beyond our control (postal delays, customs, natural events), delivery may take longer.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on your chosen delivery method and location.

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside Belgium, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@oxygenea.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Massage Appointments: Refunds for cancelled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy (see section 2).

  • Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of products within 14 days of receipt, except for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

5. Prices and Payment

  • VAT: All prices include Belgian VAT in accordance with current regulations.

  • Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods indicated on our website at checkout.

  • Invoices: An invoice will be provided for each purchase or booking.

6. Liability

  • Oxygenéa is not responsible for delays or non-fulfilment due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, postal delays, etc.).

  • For massage appointments, please inform us of any health conditions (pregnancy, botox intervention or surgeries, ...) or allergies before your session.

7. Customer Service

For any questions, modifications, or complaints regarding your order or appointment, please contact us at info@oxygenea.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or booking an appointment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. The terms are available at all times on our website and must be accepted before checkout or booking confirmation.

9. Changes to Terms

Oxygenéa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
